After a long and harsh winter, I share with you my prayer and homage to Spring, the season of renewal, vibrance and growth.
The Solstice on December 21 marks the start of Winter in the Norther Hemisphere. This year it also brings with it a spectacular celestial event- The Great Conjunction, where Jupiter and Saturn align in the sign of Aquarius and set us up for a new 200 year cycle.
What a journey it has been to arrive in this moment, much to grieve and also much to celebrate. This guide offers some gentle wellness wisdom from Ayurveda and my heart to support you in the process of rebuilding and moving forward.

The start of Spring and Fall are the optimal times to do a detoxifying process and support our digestive system.
